Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands (further - the Provision) establish the procedure:

1) transfers of farmlands of public property, namely:

a) from public property of the state in public property of administrative and territorial units, including autonomous territorial education Gagauzia, and vice versa;

b) from management of one body of the central or local public authority in management of other body of the central or local public authority;

c) from public property of the state and according to administrative and territorial units in use to the public and local government offices, the organizations and the companies for implementation on them the activities;

d) from property of one administrative and territorial unit in property of other administrative and territorial unit, including autonomous territorial education Gagauzia;

2) changes of category of appointment and procedure for use of lands, irrespective of property type, in connection with the translation of lands from one category in another, and also in other type of land use;
