For the purpose of implementation of the Law No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003 on the public assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 12 of the Law No. 140 of June 14, 2013 on special protection of children, being in risk situations, and the children separated from parents (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 167-172, 534), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of social service the Center of accommodation of the children separated from parents according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Minimum quality standards for social service the Center of accommodation of the children separated from parents according to appendix No. 2.

2. The costs connected with the organization and functioning of social service the Center of accommodation of the children separated from parents will be covered by suppliers of service, and also from other sources according to the legislation.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.
