About the state support of the Russian organizations of the industry for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output;

Regulations on implementation of functions of the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation by Russian Export Center joint-stock company concerning provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output.

2. Determine that:

carrying out tenders according to the Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry of civil appointment for the purpose of cost reduction to transportation of products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2017 No. 496 "About the state support of the Russian organizations of the industry of civil appointment for the purpose of cost reduction to transportation of products" is not performed from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2024;

carrying out selections (requests for proposals) according to the Rules approved by this resolution is performed till November 10, 2024.

3. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and Russian Export Center joint-stock company on the implementation of functions of the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation by Russian Export Center joint-stock company on provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output with payment of remuneration for accomplishment of the specified functions according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on accomplishment of functions of the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation.

4. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to sign on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation with Russian Export Center joint-stock company the agreement on accomplishment of functions of the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. These rules establish the purpose, conditions and procedure for provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian organizations of the industry (further - the organization) for the purpose of compensation of transport costs of industrial output (further - subsidy).
