According to subitem 11-1) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education", I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Standard rules of activities of the preschool organizations according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Standard rules of organization activity of secondary education (initial, main average and general average) according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Standard rules of organization activity of technical and professional education according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Standard rules of organization activity of postsecondary education according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) Standard rules of activities of the specialized organizations of education it agrees 5 to this order;

6) Standard rules of activities of the special organizations of education according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) Standard rules of organization activity of education for orphan children and children without parental support it agrees 7 to this order;

8) Standard rules of organization activity of additional education for children it agrees 8 to this order;

9) Standard rules of organization activity of additional education for adults it agrees 9 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, 10 approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About approval of Standard rules of organization activity of formation of the corresponding types and types" of October 30, 2018 No. 595 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17657).

3. To provide to committee of preschool and secondary education of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
