According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, Item 3 of the Rules of forming and conducting verification of the notarial document with the electronic identifier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 01, 2022 No. 745, I order:

1. Approve the List of notarial documents which are created with the electronic identifier which is applied.

2. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) provide informing notaries on the beginning of functioning of the software which provides access for notaries to Single state electronic system of e-notariate and necessary for forming and conducting verification of the notarial document with the electronic identifier in this system by promulgation on the official website of the state company "National Information Systems" of the corresponding message.

3. To department of private law (E.N. Ferens):

submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies";

bring this order to the attention of chiefs of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied from the date of promulgation on the official website of the state company "National Information Systems" of the message on the beginning of functioning of the software which provides access for notaries to Single the state electronic system of e-notariate and necessary for forming and conducting verification of the notarial document with the electronic identifier in this system.

1. By means of Single state electronic system of e-notariate with the electronic identifier the following notarial documents are created:

power of attorney;

lease agreement of vehicles;

will;

the statement on which the notary authenticity of the signature makes sure.

2. The electronic copy of notarially certified will with the electronic identifier placed in Single the state electronic system of e-notariate is not provided at the request of the interested person by means of the Single state web portal of electronic services.
