About determination of levels of performance measures of pumping point which is transferred to the possession of the organization of water users

According to Item 16-3.1 of article 16-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for pumping point which is transferred to the possession of the organization of water users the following performance measures are established:

actual output of pumping point, percent;

energy performance of pumping point, percent.

2. Actual output of pumping point is calculated by formula:

Fprod = (W / ((Q1 x T1)+ (Q2 x T 2) +... + (Qn x Tn))) x 100%,

where W - the water amount repumped by pumping point within the last three years, cubic meters;

Q - passport performance of the pumping aggregate, cubic meters per hour;

T - operating time of the pumping aggregate within the last three years, hours;

n - number of the pumping aggregate.

3. Energy performance of pumping point is calculated by formula:

Eprod = W x H x Y/E x of 100%,

where W - amount of the water repumped within year, cubic meters;

N - height of rising of water, meters;

Е - quantity of the electric power spent for transfer of water within year, kW. h;

Y - conversion factor which makes 0,00272.

4. The organization of water users has the right to the budget grant for the pumping point transferred by it to the possession in case on set of the indicators calculated on the formulas specified in Items 2 and 3 of this resolution, such pumping point has level:

actual output of 70 percent and there is lower than the level of rated output capacity, specified in the passport of pumping point;

energy performance below the settlement level of energy performance which constitutes or lower than 54 percent.
