About establishment of the maximum size of the actual loan interest rates and to leasing and the preferential terms established by number of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Armenia

Assuming as a basis parts 2 and 4 of article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, part 1 of article 12 of the Law "About Structure and Activities of the Government" and Item 2 of the Appendix approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 8, 2018 No. 667-L the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Determine that:
1) the actual loan interest rate or to leasing provided by financial structures till December 31, 2021 within the programs of the state assistance performed in the agricultural sphere when subsidizing the loan interest rates or to leasing approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of March 7, 2019 No. 184-L, the Legal order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of March 16, 2017 No. 11, Resolutions of the Republic of Armenia of July 19, 2018 No. 893-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of March 7, 2019 No. 212-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of March 29, 2019 No. 361-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of April 4, 2019 No. 362-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of February 28, 2019 No. 201-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of March 29, 2019 No. 327-L, the Governments of the Republic of Armenia of September 19, 2019 No. 1304-L in dramas shall not exceed 14%;
2) for all managing participating subjects of programs of subsidizing of loan interest rate and to leasing, provided till December 31, 2021 within the programs of the state assistance approved to the orders of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, specified in the subitem 1 of Item 2 of this Resolution;
