About approval of Rules of protection of lines, constructions of communication and radiofication in the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve Rules of protection of lines, constructions of communication and radiofication in the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
2. This resolution extends to earlier built lines, constructions of communication and radiofication getting to exclusion zone in case of reconstruction (upgrade) automobile, the railroads and other constructions of industrial and nonindustrial function.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 1996 No. 262 "About approval of Rules of protection of lines, constructions of communication and radiofication in the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 11, the Art. 298);
subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 54, 5/14018).
4. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
