1. For the purpose of establishment of the additional or raised additional rate of insurance premiums concerning participating bank of system of compulsory deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation (further - bank) the Bank of Russia no later than 45 days after the termination of quarter sends to the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation (further - the Agency) data on compliance of bank to criteria of payment of the additional or raised additional rate of insurance premiums, No. 177-FZ provided by parts 7.4 and 7.5 of article 36 of the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation" (further respectively - the Federal Law No. 177-FZ, criteria of payment of the additional or raised additional rate of insurance premiums), in electronic form by means of private office according to the procedure, similar to No. 5969-U established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of October 5, 2021 "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with the credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions, persons rendering professional services in the financial market and other participants of information exchange when using by them of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including private office" <1>. In case of absence at the Agency of access to private office the Bank of Russia sends to the Agency of the data on compliance of bank to criteria of payment of the additional or raised additional rate of insurance premiums the registered mail with the assurance of receipt.

2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.

3. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to recognize invalid:
