About accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the procedure of general transit
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Join the Convention on the procedure of general transit made on May 20, 1987 to Interlaken it (is applied) which becomes effective in the first day of the second month after giving on storage of the official document about accession, with such statement:
"Ukraine accepts according to Item 5 of article 15a of the Convention all recommendations and decisions of Joint committee according to Article 15 (2) and (3) the Conventions accepted between date of the invitation and date when accession becomes effective".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
