About accession of Ukraine to the Convention on simplification of formalities in trade in goods
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Join the Convention on simplification of formalities in the trade in goods made on May 20, 1987 it (is applied) which becomes effective in the first day of the second month after giving on storage of the official document about accession, with such statement:
"Ukraine accepts all recommendations and decisions of Joint committee specified in Article 11 according to Item 5 of article 11 of the Convention (2) and (3) the Conventions accepted between date of the invitation and date when accession becomes effective".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
