About customs fees
For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of the relations in the field of customs affairs, fixing of single procedure for collection of customs fees:
1. No. 380 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 28.07.2014
2. Establish rates of customs fees according to appendices 1-4, 7 to this Decree.
3. No. 380 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 28.07.2014
4. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures directed to its realization.
5. This Decree becomes effective since August 1, 2006, except for item 4 and this Item which become effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
