3) to create necessary conditions for further functioning of OSOO "the Broadcasting company "Osh TV";

4) not to perform property acquisition, OSOO which is in property "Broadcasting company "Osh TV".

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Benefits package of TV channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2022 No. 111 the following change:
