About development of agrarian science in the field of breeding livestock production and irrigation

For the purpose of ensuring effective work and development of agrarian research institutions, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. I. Scriabin in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to the jurisdiction:

- The Ministries of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic the Kyrgyz research institution of irrigation with the number of staff of 58 units, from them 49 units of administrative and management personnel, 9 units of technical and service personnel, with the corresponding budget financing and material and technical resources;

- The Kyrgyz research institution of livestock production and pastures under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic public institution "Educational and scientific and innovation center for agricultural industry" under the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. - approve Regulations on public institution "The state breeding plant "Sokuluk";

- take other measures following from this resolution.

9. To the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. I. Scriabin to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

10. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 30, 2016 No. 364 "About creation of public institution "Educational and scientific and innovation center for agricultural industry" under the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. I. Scriabin".

11. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

12. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
