According to article 5-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine the State inspection of nuclear regulation of the government by the authorized body responsible for the organization of work on determination of project threat for nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste and other sources of ionizing radiation in Ukraine.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1337 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of the state system of physical protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 100, the Art. 3661) and of August 20, 2014 No. 363 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, the Art. 1925) changes which are applied.

3. The state inspection of nuclear regulation to perform actions for creation of interdepartmental working group on determination of project threat for nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste and other sources of ionizing radiation in Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1337 and of August 20, 2014 No. 363

1. The thirteenth Item 5 of the Procedure for the functioning of the state system of physical protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1337, to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"will organize work on determination of project threat;".

2. To add item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, with subitem 20-1 of the following content:

"20-1) will organize work on determination of project threat for nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste and other sources of ionizing radiation in Ukraine".
