Determine that pensions, other payments and providing for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international agreements of the Russian Federation (further - payments) which payment is impossible in the conditions of introduction concerning the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature, can be paid to persons living outside the territory of the Russian Federation in Russian rubles by transfer on the bank accounts opened by specified persons or their representatives in the credit institutions located in the territory of the Russian Federation or by transfer on the bank accounts in currency of the Russian Federation opened by specified persons or their representatives in the credit institutions located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that implementation of payments is made based on the corresponding application submitted by person living outside the territory of the Russian Federation, or his representative to the bodies performing payments, in writing or in electronic form with indication of bank account details, opened in credit institution in the territory of the Russian Federation or in the credit institution located outside the territory of the Russian Federation specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Determine that before receipt of the statement, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, payment stop.

4. Determine that in case of removal concerning the Russian Federation of the rationing arrangements of economic nature interfering implementation of payments by the translation to their receivers out of limits of the Russian Federation on the territory of foreign states or in case of submission of the statement, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, implementation of payments is resumed from the 1st following after month of approach of the corresponding circumstances with surcharge for all last time in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and international agreements of the Russian Federation.

5. Determine that in case of removal concerning the Russian Federation of the rationing arrangements of economic nature interfering implementation of payments by the translation to their receivers out of limits of the Russian Federation on the territory of foreign states at the request of person who exercised the right to payment according to Item 2 of this resolution according to its statement of payment can be performed according to the procedure, established before entry into force of this resolution, by the translation out of limits of the Russian Federation.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2022 inclusive.
