4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of quantitative restrictions on export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals" of September 13, 2017 No. 558;

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of quantitative restrictions on export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of precious metals and primary goods" of December 24, 2021 No. 335.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
