About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 5 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and paragraph two of Item 16 of the Charter of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2003 No. 56, National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.23.1 "Receipt of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.23.2 "Modification of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.23.3 "Prolongation of effective period of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.

The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2008 No. 200 "About accession of the Republic of Belarus to the Protocol on environmental protection to the Antarctic Treaty";

Regulations on approval procedure on implementation of activities around validity about Antarctic, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of its action and issue of the duplicate approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2019 No. 649 (further – the Provision);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing";

the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of November 29, 2019 No. 7 "About establishment of form of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic";

1.3. other available features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

ministerial procedure is performed concerning persons specified in Provision Item 2;

documents are submitted by applicants to National academy of Sciences of Belarus not later than six months prior to implementation of the planned activities in Antarctic;

the additional bases for refusal in implementation of ministerial procedure in comparison with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" are established in Provision Item 13;

appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.
