c) activities of the Agency on waste management and development of circular economy and its regional divisions are financed by the following sources:
means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of areas and city of Tashkent;
the part of the amounts of the penalties collected for offenses in the field of the address with waste, and the compensation payments collected for placement of waste, which remained after transfer in Ecological fund of the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change;
assignments from the enforced payments for the services in collection and export of municipal solid waste rendered by the state unitary enterprises to physical persons;
means of Ecological fund of the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change;
other sources which are not prohibited by acts of the legislation

e) The agency on waste management and development of circular economy is legal successor by the rights and obligations of the state unitary enterprises "Toza Hudud" in regions in which as a result of projects implementation of the state private partnership of service of sanitary cleaning are completely transferred to private sector;
g) the minister of ecology, environmental protection and climate change is granted the right to make changes to structure of the Agency on waste management and development of circular economy and its regional divisions within the total number of managerial personnel.

8. Approve the Address program of additional equipment by waste containers of objects of the social sphere in 2022-2023 according to appendix No. 6*.
At the same time providing with waste containers is financed by additional sources of local budgets, extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of national education, the Ministry of preschool education and the Ministry of Health.

10. Approve structure of the Republican commission on coordination of system of the address with waste and to development of circular economy according to appendix No. 10.

.11. Goskomecologies in two-month time:
having taken measures for liquidation in accordance with the established procedure of Republican merging of specialized enterprises on sanitary cleaning, to provide transfer to the Center of its property and other assets;
introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the draft of the order of the Government about approval of the Regulations on the Republican center of the organization of works of sanitary cleaning;
together with the interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.
12. Place gratuitously the Center State ecological examinations on the basis of the right of operational management to the address: city of Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbeksky district, Ulitsa Sayra, house 15
.13. Assign to the chairman of Goskomecology N. N. Oblomuradov, the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.
Discussion of course of execution of this resolution, implementation of coordination and the control of organization activity responsible for its execution to assign to the First Deputy Prime Minister A. Zh. Ramatov.
