4. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the number of staff and means provided for local government bodies in the local budget for the corresponding year and the next years.

5. Recommend to local government bodies of the cities of republican value to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution and to take the necessary measures following from this resolution and the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
