About approval of the Benefits package of TV channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring access to information of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Benefits package of TV channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Benefits package) for 2022-2024 according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic when forming the republican budget annually to provide financial resources on fee of broadcasting in on-air digital land and satellite broadcasting of the TV channels of the state and public teleradio organizations, and also the television organizations included in the Benefits package with the state participation, according to the rates established by Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Recommend to "Republican Production Association of Radio Relay Trunks of Television and Broadcasting" open joint stock company to apply the rates established by Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic when calculating for rendering services in broadcast of the Benefits package.

4. Enter to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming of the Benefits package of TV channels and/or radio channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 23, 2014 No. 349 the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the word "and tourism" ", sport and youth policy";

Item 4 to declare 2) invalid;

3) in Item 6 of the word "department of information support of Government office" shall be replaced with words "management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers";

4) in Regulations on the procedure for forming of the Benefits package of TV channels and/or radio channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Items 2, of 4, of 5, of 11, the 18th word "Government" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases.

5. Recognize invalid:

7) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Benefits package of TV channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 9, 2014 No. 593" of January 30, 2018 No. 62.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
