1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.15.1 "Inclusion in the register of objects for use of waste, the register of objects of storage, burial and neutralization of waste with receipt of the certificate on inclusion of objects for use of waste, objects of storage, burial and neutralization of waste in registers" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.15.2 "Modification of the register of objects for use of waste and the register of objects of storage, burial and neutralization of waste" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.17.1 "Registration of the transaction about transfer of dangerous wastes for certain term (except the transportation agreement) or about alienation of dangerous wastes to other legal entity or the individual entrepreneur performing the address with waste" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.26.1 "Approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes" (are attached);
