1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on heat energy and hot water supply for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 193 the following changes:
1) in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on heat energy and hot water supply for 2021-2025 approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the offer second of paragraph two of Chapter 3 to state in the following edition: "Since 2023 gradual increase in rate for 10 percent a year is provided.";
2) in appendix 1 to Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on heat energy and hot water supply for 2021-2025:
- in the Section "Rates for Heat Energy for the Heating Purposes":
in Item 1:
replace figures "1248", "1373", "1510", "1661" respectively with figures of "1134,76", "1248", "1373", "1510";
