About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the excise tax
For the purpose of implementation of the Plan of crisis response measures for 2022 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and support of business, and also providing uninterrupted supply of goods for the population, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About carrying out the pilot (experimental) project on digital administration of the excise tax" of December 31, 2021 No. 359 the following change:
- Item 1 in paragraph one to replace the word of "June" with the word of "September".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of articles 336 and 345 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 22, 2022 No. 94 the following changes:
In paragraph four of Item 3 of the word "subitems 6-8 of Item 1" shall be replaced with words 1) "Items 6-8 of part 1";
2) in Item 1 of appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution of the word "10 som/litre" shall be replaced with words "1 som/litre".
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
