For the purpose of further improvement of competitive environment in economy and reducing bureaucratic barriers to private sector, and also in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 8, 2022 the No. UP-101 "About the Next Reforms on Creation of Conditions for Stable Economic Growth by Improvement of the Entrepreneurial Circle and Private Sector Development" Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1994 No. 38 "About the national compulsory insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 1, the Art. 6) according to appendix providing:

cancellation of exclusive rights on carrying out the national compulsory insurance;

taking measures to involvement of insurance companies to this sphere on the basis of open tenders.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of D. A. Kuchkarov.

Changes and additions made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1994 No. 38 "About the national compulsory insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure"

1. In Item 1:

in paragraph three "Insurers" to replace the word with the word "Insurers";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"The authorized insurer is determined according to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of open tender.

Prior to the beginning of each next year between the authorized insurer and the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of state security, National guard, the Center of development of electronic technologies, Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Customs Committee sign necessary agreements on insurance".
