RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About natural gas prices
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish selling prices on natural gas without the value added tax (further – the VAT) in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM to the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers), except the legal entities specified in Item 3 of this resolution in the amount of and in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2021:
for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2022 (inclusive) in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to 2,5481:1 US dollar according to appendix 1;
since July 1, 2022 in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to Russian ruble of 3,6694:100 according to appendix 2.
2. In case of variation of the actual average monthly heat of combustion from estimated price on natural gas, specified in appendices 1 and 2, are recalculated taking into account the actual heat of combustion on formula
where Tsf – the actual price is over 1000 CBM of natural gas;
C – stated price for 1000 CBM of natural gas;
Qf – the actual average monthly heat of combustion determined on border of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
3. Establish natural gas prices for 1 CBM including VAT released by the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on the fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz, the organizations having hostels regarding use of natural gas by the citizens living in them, to the religious organizations, the organizations using natural gas for needs of orphanages of family type, to children's villages (towns), children's hospices in the amount of:
in the presence of individual gas heating devices:
from April 1 to May 31 inclusive:
during the heating period – 0,1494 of Belarusian ruble;
during the summer period – 0,5417 of Belarusian ruble;
from June 1 to December 31 inclusive – 0,1977 of Belarusian ruble;
in the absence of individual gas heating devices – 0,5417 of Belarusian ruble.
The natural gas prices established by part one of this Item are not recalculated for the actual heat of combustion.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2022 No. 44 "About natural gas prices".
5. This resolution becomes effective since July 31, 2022 and extends the action to the relations which arose since April 1, 2022.
