RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of August 9, 2022 No. 518

About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 No. 154-Z "About change of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education"

Based on Item 7 of Article 16, 18, parts three of Item 2 of Article 43, parts one of Item 3 of Article 50, of Item 3 of Article 94, of Item 3 of Article 114, of article 205 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts six of Item 10 of Article

1. Determine the list of specialties on which education in evening, correspondence, remote forms of education, according to appendix 1 is not allowed.

2. Establish:

sample of the certificate on recognition of the education document granted in foreign state, and establishment of its equivalence (compliance) to the education document of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2;

regulations of providing the pupils mastering contents of the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth during stay in organization of additional education of exceptional children and youth attributes and individual protection equipment when training according to appendix 3.

3. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for provision of special status "national institution of education" (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for provision of the status "lead agency of the higher education" (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for provision of the status "the lead agency of education realizing educational programs of additional education of adults" (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on substitution of separate positions of the pedagogical workers belonging to the faculty (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for recognition of the education documents issued in foreign states and establishments of their equivalence (compliance) to education documents of the Republic of Belarus, recognition and establishment of compliance of the periods of training in the foreign organizations (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of providing the pupils mastering contents of the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth during stay in organization of additional education of exceptional children and youth attributes and individual protection equipment when training (are applied).

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4.

5. Make to the Ministry of Education explanations concerning application of this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
