About the list and admissible combinations of the banking activities performed by the non-bank credit and financial organizations

Based on part two of Article 9 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that the non-bank credit and financial organizations perform banking activities according to the list established within one of the following groups of admissible combinations of banking activities:

1.1. group I:

attraction of money of legal entities, except for banks respondents, into accounts and (or) in deposits (deposits);

opening and maintaining business bank accounts, except for banks respondents;

opening and account management of legal entities in precious metals;

implementation of settlement and (or) bank cash servicing of physical and (or) legal entities, except for banks respondents;

currency exchange transactions;

purchase and sale of precious metals and (or) gemstones in the cases provided by National Bank;

attraction and placement of precious metals and (or) gemstones in deposits (deposits) of legal entities;

issue of bank payment cards of the legal entities and other payment instruments requiring opening and account management of legal entities (except for banks respondents) and carrying out settlement transactions on the payments accepted when using such payment instruments;

provision to physical and (or) legal entities of special rooms or the safes which are in them for bank document storage and values (money, securities, precious metals and gemstones, etc.);

settlement transactions;

1.2. group II:

attraction of money of legal entities, including banks respondents, into accounts and (or) in deposits (deposits);

opening and maintaining business bank accounts, including banks respondents;

opening and account management of legal entities in precious metals;

implementation of settlement and (or) bank cash servicing of physical and (or) legal entities, including banks respondents;

currency exchange transactions;

purchase and sale of precious metals and (or) gemstones in the cases provided by National Bank;

attraction and placement of precious metals and (or) gemstones in deposits (deposits) of legal entities;

issue of bank payment cards of the legal entities and other payment instruments requiring opening and account management of legal entities and carrying out settlement transactions on the payments accepted when using such payment instruments;

provision to physical and (or) legal entities of special rooms or the safes which are in them for bank document storage and values (money, securities, precious metals and gemstones, etc.);
