About the list and admissible combinations of the banking activities performed by the non-bank credit and financial organizations

Based on part two of Article 9 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the non-bank credit and financial organizations perform the following banking activities:

implementation of settlement and (or) bank cash servicing of physical and (or) legal entities, including corresponding banks;

settlement transactions;

currency exchange transactions;

purchase and sale of precious metals and (or) gemstones in the cases provided by National Bank;

provision to physical and (or) legal entities of special rooms or the safes which are in them for bank document storage and values (money, securities, precious metals and gemstones, etc.);

transportation of cash, precious metals and gemstones and other values between banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations, their isolated and structural divisions, and also delivery of such values to clients of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations;

attraction of money of legal entities, except for corresponding banks, into accounts and (or) in deposits (deposits);

opening and maintaining business bank accounts, except for corresponding banks;

opening and account management of legal entities in precious metals;

attraction and placement of precious metals and (or) gemstones in deposits (deposits) of legal entities;

collection of cash, precious metals and gemstones and other values;

issue of bank guarantees;

trust management of money according to the trust management agreement of money;

financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring);

1.2. any possible combinations of the banking activities specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item in case of their implementation by the non-bank credit and financial organizations are admissible.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
