1. Approve the Instruction to destination and payment in the State Border Service of Ukraine of the one-time monetary assistance, stipulated in Item 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Questions of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" which is applied.

2. To management of interaction with the State Border Service of Ukraine (Klyuga I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

1. This Instruction determines the mechanism of document creation and payment of the one-time monetary assistance (further - the EDP), stipulated in Item 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Questions of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation", in case of death as a result of the armed aggression during action of warlike situation of the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine (further - the military personnel) including who was directly involved in fighting or provided implementation of actions for homeland security and defenses, repulse and control of the armed aggression, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions, or the dead owing to the wound (contusion, injury, injuries) sustained under the specified circumstances during action of warlike situation, not later than in one year after wound (contusion, injury, mutilation).

1) the statement (each family member (full age), parents and dependents of the died (dead), in case of availability of juvenile, minor children - other of parents, guardians or custodians).

If person has the right to the EDP and refuses its obtaining, the declaration of abandonment of receipt of the EDP which is notarially certified in the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine is provided;

2) copies:

the identity document provided by part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine prove the identity or her special status";

the document certifying registration of physical person in the State register of physical persons - taxpayers (except physical person which because of the religious beliefs refuses adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer according to the Law);

death certificates of the serviceman;

resolutions of the military-medical commission on establishment of causal relationship of death or the got wound (contusion, injury, mutilation) which entailed the death of the serviceman;

the document confirming family (related) relations with the died (died) serviceman:

for the wife/husband - the marriage certficate;

for the child - the certificate of birth of the child;

for parents - the certificate of birth of the serviceman, the died (dead);
