Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in spheres of natural monopolies and in the field of state regulation of the prices (rates), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1088 "About federal state control (supervision) in spheres of natural monopolies and in the field of state regulation of the prices (rates)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, by the station 5518).
2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Antimonopoly Service within the established number of staff and the salary fund of employees of central office of Federal Antimonopoly Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Federal Antimonopoly Service by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
