About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning release from the taxation import duty of goods which are used for ensuring storage of grain and/or oil-bearing crops
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 9-16 of the following content:
"9-16. Determine that during action of martial law imposed in Ukraine by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within 30 days from the date of its termination or cancellation when importing to customs area of Ukraine from the taxation import duty exempts products and the equipment for storage, transportation, loading and unloading of grain and/or oil-bearing crops:
polymeric sleeves and sacks in amount 0,8 of cubic meters for storage of agricultural products, classified in commodity subcategories 3917 31 00th 90, 3917 32 00th 90, 3917 39 00th 90, 3923 21 00th 00, suffices
3923 29 90th 00, 3923 90 00th 00, 5407 20 11th 00, 5407 20 19th 00, 6305 32 11th 00, 6305 32 19 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities;
the trail cars and semitrailer trucks with self-loading or self-unloading for transportation of agricultural products classified in commodity subcategory 8716 20 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities.
Provisions of this Item are not applied to the goods having origin from the country recognized by the state invader according to the law and/or recognized by the state aggressor concerning Ukraine according to the legislation or imported from the territory of the state invader (aggressor) and/or from the occupied territory of Ukraine, certain that according to the law".
