Based on Item 2 of article 93 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that customs authority, competent to register declarations on the goods given in the form of the electronic document when placing goods under customs procedure of release for internal consumption the customs authority determined by information system of customs authorities in case of submission of such declarations on goods, except for declarations on goods is:

1.1. given for the purpose of completion of action of other customs procedure;

1.2. given concerning goods:

classified in goods items 2204, of 2205, 2206 of 00, of 2208, of 2402, 6309 00 000 0, of 8701, of 8702, of 8703, of 8704, of 8705, of 8711, of the 8716th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union;

sent in the international mailings;

moved with pipeline transport or on power lines;

included in Section 2. 9, tables 1 and 3 of Section 2.10 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is established (appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation");

being in the customs control zone of republican Item of customs clearance;

1.3. given taking into account the features of customs declaring specified in paragraph three or the fourth Item 7 of Article 104 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union;

1.4. in which it is specified about change of payment due date of import customs duties;

1.5. in which element 1 of column 36 codes * are specified to BG, BT, MD, MYU, SI, and (or) in element 2 of column 36 of which the LL, AZ, BG, BT, MD, MYU, PI, TI codes are specified, and (or) in element 3 of column 36 of which the code D is specified, and (or) in element 4 of column 36 of which the BG, BT, HECTARE, EO, MD, MYU, NI, NTs, OR, FRIDAY, MI, NU codes are specified.

* For the purposes of this resolution the code is understood as code according to the qualifier of privileges on customs payment established in appendix 7 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs papers".
