Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), and Republic of Uzbekistan, further - Parties,
being guided by Article 19 of Articles of organization of the Agreement on collective security,
in pursuance of the Decision of Council of collective security of the CSTO - "About recovery of membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Collective Security Treaty Organization" of June 23, 2006,
agreed as follows:
The this Protocol the Republic of Uzbekistan assumes all rights and obligations following from organizational membership of the Agreement on collective security.
The Republic of Uzbekistan joins the international treaties and decisions of bodies of the CSTO determined in the List accepted within the CSTO (is applied) which is integral part of the this Protocol and till January 1, 2008 will complete interstate procedures for legal registration of such accession.
The this Protocol is temporarily applied from signature date, is subject to ratification in the Republic of Uzbekistan and becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the written notice of accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force.
It is made in the city of Sochi (Russian Federation) on August "16", 2006 in two authentic copies in Russian. One copy of the this Protocol is stored in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, another in the Secretariat of the CSTO which will send to each state member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization its verified copies.
