About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. State Article 90 in the following edition:
"Article 90. Disputes between owners of lands and bodies of local public authority
Disputes between owners of lands and bodies of local public authority are permitted according to provisions of the Administrative code, and disputes between the faces of private law - according to provisions of the Code of civil procedure.".
2. Article 91-93 to recognize invalid.
Art. II. - In part (2) article 94 of the Law on environmental protection No. 1515/1993 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, part I, 1993, No. 10, Art. 283), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "are appealed in administrative court according to the Law on administrative court." "are appealed according to provisions of the Administrative code.".
Art. III. - In part (2) article 31 of the Law on natural resources No. 1102/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 40, Art. 337), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "in competent administrative court." Art. IV. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. State Article 267 in the following edition:
"Article 267. Right of appeal of the decision of the State Tax Administration or actions of the tax employee
The decision of the State Tax Administration or action of the tax employee can be appealed according to provisions of the Administrative code.".
