About approval of Rules of transportation of goods, passengers and baggage inland water transport
According to Item 3 parts three of Article 5, part one of Article 56 and part four of article 57 of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport" order:
1. Approve Rules of transportation of goods, passengers and baggage by inland water transport which are applied.
2. To management of sea and river transport (Ilyasevich Ya.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vaskov Yu.
