About approval of the Procedure for training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine

According to part two of Article 23 and article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", for the purpose of the proper organization of training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine persons who have no work experience in state bodies on the positions connected with operational search activities and conducting pre-judicial investigation, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the Procedure for training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to department of personnel together with legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Procedure for training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of passing of training by persons who underwent tender on holding the post of the detective of BEB and have no work experience in state bodies on the positions connected with operational search activities, conducting pre-judicial investigation (further - persons passing training).

2. According to this Procedure the training is held on purpose:

preparation for independent work on the positions connected with operational search activities and conducting pre-judicial investigation, ensuring mastering by them skills of the specified direction;

prevention of mistakes and other shortcomings on duty.

3. The training is held from three to six months according to the individual plan approved by the head of training who is constituted according to appendix to this Procedure.

4. The training is held within working hours.

5. The admission to training and determination of its term is performed based on the report of the service of personnel management approved by the Director of BEB about lack of work experience in state bodies on the positions connected with operational search activities, conducting pre-judicial investigation.

6. The admission to training, its term and determination of the head of training affirms the order BEB.

7. The head of training determines the direct head of the worker.

8. Head of training:

constitutes and approves the individual plan of training and exercises control of its accomplishment;

provides the conditions necessary for passing of training;

gives help in acquisition of the professional skills connected with operational search activities and conducting pre-judicial investigation;

recruits the worker in work of division, preparation of drafts of in-house documents.

9. Person who passes training:

in full performs the tasks provided by the individual plan of training and reports to the head of training on their accomplishment;

follows instructions and orders of the head of training, participates in work of structural division of BEB, in preparation of documents, can be present at meetings of such division;

shall follow rules of the internal office schedule, the rule of professional ethics of employees of BEB;

in three working days prior to the termination of term of training provides to the head of training the short-form report on results of training and certifies it the signature.

10. The head of training after the end of training prepares the reference addressed to the Director of BEB (the head of territorial administration of BEB) which contains information on results of training with display of the professional training level of person which takes place training, of knowledge and skills gained by it, professional, business and personal qualities, in duplicate, one of which is provided to person who passes training, and the second is given to storage to service of personnel management together with all documents on passing of training.

11. By results of training the Director of BEB (the head of territorial administration of BEB) makes the relevant decision on passing or not passing of training.

12. Persons which successfully passed training take the oath according to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine".
