About determination of the special simplification provided to Authorized Economic Operators
According to Item 5 of Article 437 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 129.29 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Determine that the certificate of the second or third type grants the right to Authorized Economic Operators to use such special simplification as making of transactions on marking by means of identification of the foreign goods of Authorized Economic Operators which are on temporary storage without the permission of customs authority if other is not established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
