About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing", Item 16 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information resources and maintaining the State register of information resources, Item 26 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information systems, uses of the state information systems and maintaining the State register of the information systems approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2009 No. 673, of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 3.15.4 "Receipt of permission to the works right in the conservation zone of lines, telecommunication constructions" (are attached);
