About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 16 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information resources and maintaining the State register of information resources, Item 26 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information systems, uses of the state information systems and maintaining the State register of the information systems approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2009 No. 673, of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 3.15.4 "Receipt of permission to the works right in the conservation zone of lines, telecommunication constructions" (are attached);

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 25.5.1 "Receipt of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied provided by the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (appendix No. 7), the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods" (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
