Based on Item part two 2, of Item 5, of Item part two paragraph two 6, 7, of Item 9, of paragraph two of part two of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for issue by customs authority of the permissions allowing commodity exportation, and prolongation of the terms established by customs authority of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 21, 2014 No. 241, and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts two

1. Determine that:

1.1. the statement specified in part one of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for issue by customs authority of the permissions allowing commodity exportation, and prolongation of the terms established by customs authority (further - the statement on export), is filled in according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 (further - the Procedure for filling of DT), taking into account the following features:

person submitting to customs authority the application for export fills in columns 1, of 3, 5-8, 12, of 14, of 16, of 17, of 21, of 22, 30-34, 38, 40-42, 44-46, 54;

the customs authority fills in the columns "A", "C" and "D".

In the column 1 "Declaration":

in the first subsection of the column the alphabetic IM code is specified;

in the second subsection of the column the alphabetic VV code is specified;

in case of filing of application the alphabetic ED code is specified export in the form of the electronic document in the third subsection of the column.

In the column 3 "Forms":

in the first subsection of the column the sequence number of leaf of the statement is specified export;

in the second subsection of the column the total quantity of sheets of the statement is specified export.

In column 5 "All goods" total number of the exported goods specified in the statement for export is specified digital symbols.

"VNR" - if the specified goods which are the equipments, other main production means put into operation and used by resident free (special, special) economic zone (the owner of free warehouse), or parts of the specified main production means, are exported on other part of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for their repair (except for capital repairs, upgrade), maintenance or making of other transactions necessary for maintenance of such goods in normal (worker) condition (further - export according to the subitem 1 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU or the subitem 1 of Item 5 of article 213 of shopping Mall EEU);

"VNI" - if the specified goods are exported on other part of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for making of the transactions on their technical testing, research, testing, check including provided by production process and also for their demonstration as samples (further - export according to the subitem 2 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU or the subitem 2 of Item 5 of article 213 of shopping Mall EEU);

"VDZ" - if the specified goods are exported on other part of the territory of the Republic of Belarus for making of customs transactions on completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) in customs authority, competent according to the legislation on customs regulation to make customs transactions concerning such goods (further - export according to the subitem 3 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU or the subitem 3 of Item 5 of article 213 of shopping Mall EEU);

"VDS" - if the specified goods are exported on other part of the territory of the Republic of Belarus for own production and technological needs of the customs applicant who placed goods under customs procedure of free customs zone (further - export according to the subitem 4 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU);

"VDP" - if the specified goods are exported on other part of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for making of transactions on conversion (processing) of goods, production of goods, including the assembly, installation, adjustment and other transactions determined by the Eurasian economic commission provided that in the territory of this STZ concerning such goods there are no conditions and possibility of making of such transactions (further - export according to the subitem 5 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU);

"VNS" - if the specified goods are exported for placement and stay in the territory of other free warehouse (further - export according to the subitem 4 of Item 5 of article 213 of shopping Mall EEU).

In the column 8 "Receiver" the following data are placed according to Procedure for filling of DT:

about the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur (full or abbreviated name of the legal entity or surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) individual entrepreneur, accounting number of the payer (in the presence) who will make transactions on repair (except for capital repairs, upgrade), to maintenance or to make other transactions necessary for maintenance of the goods which are exported from STZ territory (free warehouse) in normal (worker) condition, - in case of export according to the subitem 1 of item 4 of article 205 of shopping Mall EEU or the subitem 1 of Item 5 of article 213 of shopping Mall EEU;
