1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2020 No. 310 "About modification of the Regulations on features of planning and implementation of purchases by the customers performing the activities in the territory of foreign state" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 13, the Art. 1924).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022, except for item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since July 1, 2022, Item 8, of the subitem "g" of Item 11, of subitems "an" and "b" of Item of 12 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

4. This resolution is applied when implementing purchases of goods, works, services to ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed, in unified information system in the field of purchases or the invitation to take part in determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) on which are directed after day of entry into force of this resolution.
