About acceptance of share of affiliated limited liability partnership "Astrophysical Institute of V. G. Fesenkov" from private property in republican property according to the gift agreement and entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 9) of Item 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property", the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2011 "About approval of Rules of acquisition of rights by the state of the rights to property according to the gift agreement" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 1103

1. Accept the offer of "National Center of Space Researches and Technologies" joint-stock company (further – JSC NTsKIT) about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of affiliated limited liability partnership "Astrophysical Institute of V. G. Fesenkov" (further – partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with JSC NTsKIT (in coordination) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of share of partnership to Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
