1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for withdrawal for conducting customs examination of customs, transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents, means of identification it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 25, 2022.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for withdrawal for conducting customs examination of customs, transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents (further – documents), means of identification.
2. Withdrawal for conducting customs examination of documents and (or) means of identification is performed by the official of customs authority in the presence of the customs applicant, the other person having powers concerning goods or their representatives (further – person having powers concerning goods) if they are established.
