the certificate on vessel exception of the State register of ocean ships of the Republic of Belarus or the appropriate certificate of competent authority of foreign state in which the vessel was registered, its confirmatory exception of the register of courts of this state, or the certificate certifying that the vessel will be without delay excluded from the register of courts of foreign state from the moment of its registration in the Register – for the courts entered in the register of courts of foreign state or the State register of ocean ships of the Republic of Belarus;

the document confirming payment of the state fee;

for state registration in the Register of the foreign vessel of internal swimming, the vessel of the swimming mixed (river sea), the vessel used on vessel provisions of the lease without crew or the agreement of leasing:
