About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Public Biddings"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 4, 2022

Article 1. No. ZR-15 "About the public biddings" to add part 2 of article 1 of the Law of October 8, 2003 with the new offer of the following content: "This Law does not extend also to the relations connected with the organization of tender for the purpose of selection of auditing organizations for implementation of statutory audit of annual accounts of the batches provided by the Constitutional law "About Batches" and the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption".".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
