Bring in article 51.6 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 17, Art. 1918; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001; 2018, No. 1, Art. 70; No. 53, Art. 8440) following changes:
1) in Item 2:
a) the paragraph third after the words "or foreign authorized holder" to add with words ", except for records about encumbrance of bank entry securities which guarantee provides requirements for bonds or digital financial assets,";
b) add with new paragraphs the fourth and fifth the following content:
"Record about encumbrance of bank entry securities which pledge provides requirements for bonds shall contain specifying on the fact that pawnbrokers are owners of such bonds, and also full trade name (for the commercial organizations) or the name (for non-profit organizations) the issuer of such bonds, their series, registration number of release and registration date.
Record about encumbrance of bank entry securities which pledge provides requirements for digital financial assets shall contain specifying on the fact that pawnbrokers are owners of such digital financial assets, and also the data allowing to identify digital financial assets, including the information about the operator of information system in which release of such digital financial assets, and the information about person issuing such digital financial assets is performed.";
c) the fourth and fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh;
