c) add subitem 5.3.63 with words ", implementation of monitoring of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities";
d) add with subitems 5.3.71 and 5.3.72 of the following content:
"5.3.71. maintaining the list of banks provided by part 1.2 of article 45 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" and its placement on the official site of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the Internet;
5.3.72. maintaining the list of funds of assistance to crediting (guarantee funds, funds of guarantees), being participants of national warranty system of support of the small and medium entrepreneurship according to the Federal Law "About Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" provided by part 1.7 of article 45 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" and its placement on the official site of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the Internet;".
