Item 34 (1) Rules of assignment, change and cancellation of the addresses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 19, 2014 No. 1221 "About approval of Rules of assignment, change and cancellation of addresses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 48, Art. 6861; 2020, No. 37, of the Art. 5729) to state in the following edition:
"34(1). The documents specified in subitems "b", "d", "z" and "i" of Item 34 of these rules are represented by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register or the public company created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company "Roskadastr", according to the procedure of Interdepartmental Information Exchange at the request of Authorized Body." which is acting on the basis of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation.
