1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for approval of the feasibility statement on process of conversion of goods and issues of the conclusion about compliance of conversion of goods out of customs area to economic interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

I. General provisions

1. Approval of the feasibility study for process of conversion is performed by the written appeal to the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades (further MVESIT).

2. Approval of MVESIT of the feasibility study for process of conversion is not required if goods and products of their conversion are shown to the same customs authority in the following cases:

conversion of goods has no commercial character;

the purpose of conversion is repair of goods;

customs value of the processed goods under one contract does not exceed the 500-fold size of minimum wage.

II. The list of the documents submitted to MVESIT

c) material resources:

classification of auxiliary materials and raw materials;

quality requirements of the processed raw materials, availability and compliance of local raw materials to requirements of technology;

specific weight of import of auxiliary raw materials and materials in the total amounts of the processed raw materials consumed by the company for the organization of process of conversion;

d) technological scheme (schedule and terms) of conversion process implementation;

e) financial performance of implementation of process of conversion, assessment of cost efficiency of conversion taking into account profit level and the level of profitability:
