About approval of the National protection program of the child for 2022-2026 and the Action plan on its accomplishment

For the purpose of accomplishment of regulations of the international convention on the rights of the child accepted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on November 20, 1989 which the Republic of Moldova joined based on the Resolution of Parliament No. 408/1990, and based on Item 12.1.4 of the Action plan of the Government for 2021-2022 approved by the Order of the Government No. 235/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 266-272, 541), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the National protection program of the child for 2022-2026, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Action plan on accomplishment of the National protection program of the child for 2022-2026, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection which annually till April 1 will submit to the Government the report on implementation of the National protection program of the child for 2022-2026 and the Action plan on its accomplishment.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
