About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition", "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic")

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1019) the following changes:
1) in Articles 2-1, 7-2, 18, 18-1 word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
2) in Article 3:

b) in the paragraph the fifteenth shall be replaced with words words of "the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic" "this Law";
c) "established" to add the paragraph of the twenty second after the word with the word "anti-monopoly";
d) the twenty fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"business entity - the commercial organization performing the activities which are bringing in it the income, and the non-profit organization being subject to state registration and (or) licensing according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on registration of legal entities and licensed authorization system and also the individual entrepreneur performing activities, revenue-producing, registered according to the tax legislation;";
e) in the paragraph the thirty second "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
3) in Article 4:
a) in the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 2 and in Item 3 of part 3 of the word "or others" to exclude;
b) in part 6 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers", words Government office shall be replaced with words Presidential Administration;
Item 13 of article 6 after the words "it is not established" to add 4) with the word "anti-monopoly";
